Competent Electrical Safety Professional (ISO17024)

The National Federation of Engineers for Electrical Safety (NFE) is developing an Electrical Safety Professionals Certification Scheme (ESPCS) for the certification of professionals working in the field of Electrical Design, Selection, Erection and Verification, based on National Electrical Code of India 2023 (SP-30). Compliance to NEC 2023 is made mandatory in the National Electrical safety Regulations 2023.

ESPCS will define the competence of Electrical Consultant, Electrical Installer & Electrical Safety Verifier (or electrical safety auditor).

As the first step of the NFE Certified Electrical Safety Professional scheme, the following documents are published for public comments.
