Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS ) has recently published NATIONAL ELECTRICAL CODE (NEC) OF INDIA 2023. Following the provisions of this Code of practice in design, erection and testing of an installation ensure a high degree of safety of electrical installations on-premises (Residential\/Commercial).<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

In order to spread awareness of this new code and to ensure proper interpretation of the standard, BIS is organizing a two-day Capsule Course on NEC 2023 at National Institute of Training for Standardization (NITS), Noida on 17 & 18 April 2023<\/strong>. Please find attached the course brochure for more information.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The training program is being conducted by BIS at a nominal fee of Rs 1500\/-.<\/strong> The hostel facilities can be availed, if needed at NITS, Noida on a chargeable basis which includes Breakfast & Dinner. Registration for the Capsule Course can be done online on the BIS Training Portal through the link (www.manakonline.in<\/u><\/a>) or by e-mailing filled up application form given below to nits@bis.gov.in \/ eetd@bis.gov.in latest by 07 April, 2023.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n
